A) Aliens Law
Along with the services of our company, for the protection and legalization of foreign citizens entering or residing in the Greek territory, complete legal support of our principals is included in cases such as:

2. An autonomous residence permit for family members of a third-country national
3. Family members of a Greek or a citizen of the European Union

2) Filing and processing applications, monitoring their course and providing full legal support for Foreign Claims.
Specifically :
1) Invocation of an alien for labor having the following categories: (i) recruitment for dependent work; (ii) recruitment for seasonal work; (iii) recruitment of fishermen.
This category includes the filing of applications to the services of the Municipality as well as their monitoring and legal support to the competent Aliens and Immigration Services of the Region.
2) Invitation of foreigner for tourism
This category includes the submission of applications to the competent department of the Consulate of Greece in the country of residence of the foreigner and follow-up of the procedure.
3)Our services also include the filing of applications as well as the full legal support of our principals for all that is required for issues of asylum policy and temporary residence permit for refugees - red card, Special Identity Card ID card (S.I.C.), Naturalization of alien and Greek citizenship as well.
