Since the unpleasant accident occurs, the patient is directly confronted with plenty and often very high expenses since she/he deals not only with the health problems that arise due to the accident but also her/his urgent needs.
Our primary goal is to offer to the individual beneficiary of a rolling / labor or other type of accident, the guaranteed high-level services of legal coverage in order to receive compensation without having to charge our customer in advance.
Therefore, we take over, after our client’s demand, to perform all the aforementioned judicial or extrajudicial procedures without the customer being charged to the minimum.
Our remuneration will be taken according to the agreed rate, on condition that the victim or other beneficiaries (the deceased family, the injured passengers, etc.) is entitled to receive compensation either from the court or extrajudicial agreement; we will NOT be entitled to any remuneration if we do not achieve the result we guarantee. (Pro Bono Work).
According to the practice above, it is provided by the Code of Lawyers of the Greek Territory and is known as "trial contract".
It is transcribed by the signing of a written text called "Contractual Trial" which despide of the other terms and agreements, sets out what is already been mentioned above.
