In the case of the death of the victim, the heirs of the victim have this right.

Moreover, in the case that only material damage occurs, the law gives the victim the right to seek redress for the material damage caused as well as in the case of injury she/he is entitled to claim damages for the material damage suffered (rehabilitation of the vehicle, hospitalization, treatment costs so on and so forth) and the restoration of the moral harm.

In case of death though, the right of the mental torment suffered by the death of their own person is contained in the heirs of the victim.
